Victoire has several years of experience as a consultant for the private and public sector. Since joining Hystra in 2023, Victoire supported a Venture Capital fund enabling access to healthy and sustainable nutrition for vulnerable populations through the identification of new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Hystra, Victoire worked for J-PAL, an economic research lab dedicated to fighting poverty through rigorous evaluation of public policies. She specialised in the evaluation and improvement of labour market policies and support for micro-entrepreneurs in sub-Saharan Africa. In 2019, Victoire also assisted the economic research activities of Harvard professors in the Democratic Republic of Congo, in Kananga.

Victoire holds a Master of Science in Economics for Development from Oxford University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Social Policy from the London School of Economics.
