Chitraksh Sharma

Senior Consultant

Chitraksh is a Senior Consultant who joined Hystra in 2021. At Hystra he has conducted field research on innovative healthcare and inclusive insurance models across South America, Africa and Asia, presenting findings at webinars and conferences including CGAP. He has also helped establish a TA facility and conduct TA for a European Development Finance Institution’s (DFI) investees, co-developed a last-mile distribution (LMD) benchmark for a network of over 200 LMD organizations operating in 60+ countries, and led the impact analysis and strategic review of an R&D institute, based on one-on-one interviews with over 30 energy access sector leaders. He is currently working to design technical assistance (TA) interventions and coordinate a €2+ million clean cooking TA facility in East Africa for the French Development Agency (AFD).

Before joining Hystra, Chitraksh worked as a strategy consultant for the asset management industry focusing on ESG investments for INDEFI in Paris and in financial compliance for the national bank of Kuwait.

Chitraksh graduated from Sciences Po Paris, where he specialized in sustainability in management and finance, after having completed an economics bachelor program in India.
