At Hystra since 2023, Clarisse has worked on a variety of sectors including nutrition, health, agriculture and energy. She notably acted as PMO and supported costs analyses within the Bouillon Consortium, an initiative aimed at achieving large-scale fortification of bouillon cubes in Nigeria, Senegal and Burkina Faso, sponsored by the Gates Foundation. In 2024-2025, she took a 10 month sabbatical to act as Supply Chain Operations Manager at HERi Madagascar, one of the leading solar PAYGO companies.

Having grown up in China for 10 years, and previously working in a brand and marketing consultancy in the United Kingdom, where she specialized in qualitative consumer research and sustainability strategies, Clarisse joined Hystra with the desire and energy to support businesses for impact.

Clarisse holds an MSc in Sustainability and Social Innovation from HEC Paris and a BA in Geography from the University of Oxford.
