Julien Ledoux

Since joining Hystra in 2025, Julien has worked on a range of projects in the energy sector across Sub-Saharan Africa. He contributed to a study aimed at accelerating the adoption of essential household electrical appliances (including electric kettles, electric pressure cookers, induction cooktops, and fans). He also supported the design of a market assessment to identify opportunities for scaling electric two- and three-wheelers across the most promising markets in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Prior to joining Hystra, Julien worked for two Olympic and Paralympic Organizing Committees. At Paris 2024, he served as Venue Manager, leading the development and implementation of the cleaning and waste management strategy for two competition venues. He later joined the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, where he oversaw venue logistics planning and operations.
Julien holds a Master's in Management from HEC Paris (Programme Grande Ecole), with a specialization in Sustainability and Social Innovation.
