Marie Fleischmann

Project Manager

Marie Fleischmann is a Project Manager at Hystra, which she joined in 2018. Over the past years, Marie has gained extensive experience in innovative finance and impact investing, supporting the set-up and implementation of the Unilever Climate and Nature Fund, the Sanofi Impact Fund and currently a new replication fund. She has also been highly active in the health sector, drawing best practices and working with entrepreneurs from Community Health Workers (CHW), pharmacy-based and clinic-based models. In addition, Marie has been lead consultant on several Private Sector Engagement (PSE) projects, notably for the Swiss Development Corporation and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, across +5 sectors and geographies.

Prior to joining Hystra, Marie was a consultant for Monitor Deloitte in Morocco and worked for the head of Strategy in an MNC.

Marie studied at HEC Paris Business school where she majored in Innovation and Social Business and at the Indian Institute of Management of Ahmedabad.
