Thibault joined Hystra in early 2025. Since then, he has contributed to a report illustrating how agro-PURE ventures can ensure farmers have access to markets and worked on a GAIN-sponsored study showcasing investable businesses that deliver both strong nutritional impact and measurable environmental benefits. He is currently supporting a corporate health-focused impact fund on its investment process and providing technical assistance to its investees.

Previously working as a consultant for Altai Consulting on projects across Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia, spanning sectors such as nutrition, accessibility, and mobile and climate technologies, Thibault joined Hystra with a commitment to supporting innovative businesses that drive sustainable impact.

Thibault holds a Masters in Management from London Business School and a Bachelor in Management from the University of Warwick.
